Motherhood Shop uses Australia Post for all shipping orders. Our Shopping cart is integrated with Australian Post Calculation Software.
The rates are mainly calculated on the basis of destination post code, weight and dimensions of the product. You will also be given estimated delivery time along the postage rates.
Delivery and Delivery Time
Motherhood Shop dispatch orders received before 3:00 Pm AEST the same (business)
day, orders received after this, or on non-business days, are shipped the next
business day. If there are any delays due to stocking
reasons Motherhood Shop will notify you and you have the option of
canceling your order with full refund.

Return and Exchange Policy
Motherhood Shop understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:
- All products must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- The product(s) must be as new, i.e.: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Call (02) 97998503 or email us with the following details at hand: Your
Name, Invoice Number, Product Name/Code.
- You will then be given a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
- Post the product(s) to the following address:

Faulty Products
Motherhood Shop prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Motherhood Shop will replace it with no charge for any extra postage and handling provided it is posted within Australia. Unfortunately the postage costs for items posted from countries outside of Australia can not be refunded however we will consider each case individually. Please call/e-mail for your Return Authorization Number before returning any goods.
