order?
Shopping at Motherhood Shop is simple
and secure. When you see something you want, click the "add
to cart" button. You will be able to review and edit
the items in cart by clicking on "cart contents".
Once your order is correct, you can proceed to "checkout"
where you may select your preferred payment option.
What methods of payment
are accepted?
Our shopping cart is integrated with the
PayPal, if you have a PayPal account you can use any mode
of payment.
For non registered PayPal user, you can
pay by credit card on PayPal secure page developed exclusively
for Motherhood Shop.
Motherhood Shop also accept cheques, Money
Order and direct deposit from Australian customers
Is it safe to purchase
online?
We take security importantly and for this
reason our shopping cart is integrated with PayPal, the most
reliable and convenient medium of online payments.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information
with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared
with the merchant.
Do I have to create an
account to purchase an item?
You don't have to register to buy a product.
Motherhood Shop offers a quick check out option; however,
registration makes order tracking and future shopping easier.
Will my personal details
be given to anyone else?
Motherhood Shop will never sell or give
any of your personal information. The information you provide
us is only for our internal use to process and post your order.
We may also need to contact you regarding your order.
How much is postage?
Motherhood Shop uses Australia Post for
all shipping orders. Shipping Rates are calculated straight
from the Australian Post website: http://drc.edeliver.com.au/.
The rates are mainly calculated on the basis of destination
post code, weight and dimensions of the product.
When will I
receive my order?
Orders received before 3:00 Pm AEST are
dispatched the same (business) day. Orders received after
this, or on non-business days, are shipped the next business
day provided all items are in stock. If there are any delays
due to stocking reasons Motherhood Shop will notify you and
you have the option of changing or canceling your order.
Our registered members can keep track of
their order by logging on to our site and checking the status
of their order.
Can I return an item
if I am unhappy with it?
Motherhood Shop understands that Internet
shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold
items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why
we promise to provide the best products possible. However,
if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange
the item/s under the following conditions:
- All products must be returned within fourteen days of
receipt.
- The product(s) must be as new, i.e.: unused, undamaged
and in their original packaging.
- Call (02) 97998503 or email us with the following details
at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name/Code.
- You will then be given a Return Authorization Number
(R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
- Post the product(s) to the following address:

Please note: Postage/shipping of products
is not refundable unless product is considered faulty. Our
return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used,
worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a
return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back
to your credit card within 24hours of receipt of goods.
