The World health Organization recommends
to wait until your baby is at least six months of age
before starting food other than breast or formula milk.
There are few indicators which can help you
in deciding when to start semi solids.
Every child has a different appetite and responds differently to
adapting solid food. These are just recommendations. Don't try to force
your child, give time to get used to new tastes and textures. If you
have any worries , you can always see a paediatric dietitian or visit a baby
health clinic.
